Estate rules and regulations

As an Olivewood resident or club member, you are afforded the opportunity to enjoy fantastic lifestyle opportunities within a magnificent setting. Whilst offering a multitude of benefits, living in our estate or being a member of our club does entail certain obligations.

As such, we have compiled a list of rules that safeguard the rights and privileges of our club members and residents. The enforcement of these rules is essential to protect your way of life and your capital investment at Olivewood.

Buyer’s Guide

For information on our estate’s core values, development milestones and property sales or plot availability read our Buyer’s Guide.

The guide also outlines important homeowner concerns including information on our location and demographics, the cost of living in the area and points to consider before selecting a property at Olivewood.

Monthly levies

Residents will pay a forecasted monthly levy of R 2 500, which provides for the maintenance of the common areas, roads, services, waste management, fencing and security.

Membership for the golf club is a prerequisite for residents and membership fees are calculated separately.
